I have two questions!!

Will there be a place that we can shower/wash off at available to JSM attendees?

And

Will there be any microwaves we can use, and can we bring coolers?

All we have is the bathrooms by the room that the event is going to take place in. So no showers or stuff like that.

As far as the cooler it really depends what you plan on bringing in said cooler and what size it is.

It'd be a medium sized cooler no larger than 3' x 2' x 1.5', and will contain non alcoholic beverages, like juice, soda, and energy drinks.

I'm afraid I have to say no to something that big but a smaller lunch bucket size would be fine.
